What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 bags — enough to trial a design, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Will the print survive repeated use and washing?
Yes. Each material gets the print method built for it — and the artwork is specified to outlast hundreds of trips, not a season.
Which bag should we choose?
Cotton totes for keep-worthy designs, non-woven for checkout volume, jute for premium sustainability, insulated for food, drawstrings for events and pocket totes for everyday carry.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We print to your colour references and confirm the match on your free mockup before production.
Are the bags actually eco-friendly?

What artwork do you need from me?
Whatever you have. Vector files are ideal, but our designers redraw logos and artwork to bag scale at no charge.
